A budget-friendly beauty with some points of difference

The Marlo 25 by Henley uses beautiful timber features to create points of difference that not only look good but have a purpose, too.

The family-friendly kitchen has a raised timber breakfast bar that forms an extension of the stone-topped island bench — a clever design that helps provide distinction between the work and eating areas.

“The different finish creates a stunning contrast and allows the addition of texture and colour to complement the overall internal scheme of the house,” Henley general manager sales, marketing and design Jeremy Hanger said.

The creatively designed bench is one of the eye-catching features of the home’s spacious kitchen, which also has a user-friendly layout with clean, contemporary cabinets and a stunning large-format porcelain splashback with a natural-stone look, as displayed.

The architecturally designed floating vanities in the ensuite and bathroom are also beautiful expressions of timber that imbue each space with warmth and class.

“The designs give an increased perception of floor space and luxury in the bathroom,” Mr Hanger said.

The Marlo 25 has a floorplan that’s a perfect match for more compact 14m x 28m blocks.

“It caters to the more budget conscious without compromising on style and quality,” Mr Hanger said.

The home excels when it comes to modern-living expectations.

It has zoned sleeping areas, so the main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe is at the front of the house, away from the kids’ wing. It also has multiple living areas.

“Single-storey living has never been so appealing,” Mr Hanger said.

Generous space is allocated in the rear living/dining/kitchen area, which extends to about half the length of the house.

This space also has a great connection with the outdoors through a large 4200mm-wide sliding glass doorway.

A separate theatre room provides a more intimate entertainment space for a quiet night in.

Built-in features, as displayed, include an entertainment wall unit that can accommodate a television and includes storage within a fun design that adds further interest to the space.

Timber-look vinyl flooring has been used in the entry and living areas to provide a hard-wearing floor surface that stylishly complements other finishes in the home.

The benefits of this flooring include good sound-absorption and waterproof qualities, making it an ideal choice for growing families.

The Marlo 25 is available in seven facade options, with the Serena facade on display at Berwick Waters estate.
